Body building women's exercises work the major muscle groups of the body at the same time. For example, if you were to do a push up you would be working the upper body muscle groups of chest and arms, your core muscle group of abdominals, and your lower body muscle group of lower legs and feet. You would be using your entire body weight as resistance when going up and down in the exercise.
